Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate to the country of destination. If you are shopping from North America please use our facility to display prices in US Dollars.

Postage & Packing

P & P is calculated by weight and is displayed and added at the checkout stage. If you want to check how much an individual item will cost to ship please use the P&P button next to the price box.

Payment

We accept credit and debit card payment from customers in most countries worldwide, using Visa, MasterCard and a host of other cards.

Delivery/ Shipping

We will despatch your order as soon as possible.

We aim to despatch 90% of orders on the same day that payment is cleared Monday to Friday. During conference periods it may take a little longer. Orders are usually sent by first class post within the UK. Overseas orders are sent by airmail and international delivery times may vary between 2-10 days.

If we are out of stock, you will be advised by email, as soon as your order is processed. You will then be given the option of back ordering, changing the item or cancelling and receiving a refund.

Returns

We offer a 14 day guarantee, which means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with all seals intact) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. Please contact us for a returns number on 01794 522511.

If the item is faulty we will refund all postage costs you may incur on sending the item to us. If the item is not faulty we will only refund the costs of the item.
This Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased through sozobooks.com.
